In order to deliver a quality project in Aubervilliers, we wanted to establish a strong relationship between our building and its immediate and more distant environment. As a clearly identifiable project, LOT E2, nicknamed "Janus", located at the junction of Avenue Roosevelt and Rue Heurtault, is intended to be a "two-faced" element in the new urban landscape. Whilst asserting its specific identity, our project will integrate seamlessly into this landscape, aligned with the façades of the buildings located along the avenue, it fits smoothly into certain rounded corners, without standing out in this perspective, and more widely in the architectural fabric of the future ZAC.
