The 12 rue la Paix project was rehabilitated with respect for the history of the property and to bring out the best of the existing building through a skilful collage of the old and the new. The added glazed elements will reveal the beauty of the original stone; the new pleated façade at the heart of the block will be resolutely modern and will recall the building's Art Deco roots. This new skin

restores its power and will reveal a true gem at the heart of the district thanks to the skills of the craftsmen who will be working on it. Wonderment will guide our architectural contribution.

A veritable urban lighthouse emerges, shimmering, with a play of light illuminating the inner courtyards, bringing the building to life, brightening up the landscape and reflecting the historic façades. Users or mere strollers will feel fortunate to discover this sparkle, removed from the hustle and bustle of the city at the heart of the block.
