On the doorstep to the capital, accessible by many modes of transport, Levallois is in the process of working its way up to the level of major economic centres in the greater Paris area (La Défense, les Batignolles, le Triangle d’or, etc.). In addition, it offers peculiar and pleasant surroundings, in an urban fabric open to nature. Levallois, as witnessed with the prestigious houses that set up business there, is becoming a key venue for entrepreneurs, perfectly meeting contemporary economic demand and bound to increase in value.
It is in this perspective that we have ambitiously rethought the building. Its restructuring must satisfy new ways of space designing, creating new links between working and leisure, both private and public. Opening the building up to the city, transparency, light, nature, friendliness, variety of potential programmes and maximum modularity: in order to accurately pursue those guidelines, we had to invent an architectural style.
